Sourcing Executive

1. Supplier Sourcing & Database Management- Search for potential suppliers, and get price quotations to inform the Sales team as per request of fabric & accessory sourcing- Regularly update the database of yarn/ fabric/accessories and suppliers- Negotiate price, MOQs, development & purchase terms2. Supplier Relationship Management- Attend industry fairs and visit suppliers;- Review purchase order histories and evaluate supplier quality- Re-negotiate with suppliers to hit cost-reduction targets3. Provide Information and Support for Garment Development- Request for samples and update information for the Sales team- Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate material development with suppliers during the sample development phase.- Research and update trends, technologies, and new types of yarn/ accessory/ fabric in domestic and international markets- Address and resolve issues related to material quality during production
