Sourcing Senior (Fabric/Accessory - Garment Field)

To ensure the supplier network will be established and maintained in a professional approach and meet the requirement of Garment technical development and sample making Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: 1. Search and update the suppliers' database· Search for suppliers, get price quotation to inform Sales department as per request of fabric & accessory sourcing· Update the database of yarn/ fabric/ accessory and suppliers· Negotiate price, MOQ, development & purchase terms 2. Suppliers relationship management· Participate in fairs, visit suppliers;· Review the purchase order history and assess the quality of suppliers· Re-negotiate with suppliers to hit the target of cost reduction 3. Provide information and support for garment development· Ask for samples and update information for Sale· Act as the focal point and work with the Sale team to develop materials with suppliers in the sample development phase.· Research and update trends, technology and new types of yarn/ accessory/ fabric in domestic and international markets· Support by handling arising problems related to materials quality
