- Ensure guest interaction and communication lines are seamless and effective.
- Provide timely and accurate accounting status reports
- Ensure full participation in brand and business building activities
- To perform daily opening & closing procedure
- Able to remain calm under pressure and handle an emergency situation
- Departmental preparation including standard set-up for rooms and facilities, guest amenities and spa/ health club food and beverage;
- Adherence to departmental practices such as operations briefings, inventory and cost management initiatives;
- Adherence to timekeeping /duty roster & decking standards;
- Report and follow up on assigned area maintenance and logistics issues;
- Flexibility in changes to meet operational demands including shift/duty roster, guest preferences as directed by admin on duty;

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
Good writing skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Qualifications
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
Experience1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
