Job Description:
• Ensures that work quality meets the standards required and completes tasks in a timely and thorough manner with minimum supervision.
• Understands the benefits of each massage and body treatment and is able to explain this to guest.
• Explain massage/ treatment flow to the guest.
• Maintain the highest levels of personal and guest hygiene at all times.
• Maintain the highest standard of personal grooming as instructed by company.
• Understand and anticipates customer’s needs, takes action to address customer needs and strives to exceed customer expectation, etc.

Required Skills
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Able to communicate in English
Qualifications
• High School or Vocational Certificate or equivalent
Experience
• 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
