Mô Tả Công Việc
- Ensure to issue the goods to all department by fully approved store requisition form.
- Ensure goods are monitored and controlled by PAR. Bincard for each item must be in place.
- To initiate re-ordering of food and beverage storeroom items to ensure optimum quantities are on hand to meet the business' needs.
- Liaise with receiving area to collect food and beverage items from loading dock and to place into respective storeroom.
- Ensure that all incoming merchandise is undamaged and in the quantit as per the receiving records
- Issue inventory items on a first in first out basis.
- Ensure department signs the store requisition form to evidence receipt of goods and maintain filing system of completed store requisition forms.
- Liaise with Cost Controller to consolidate goods movement from storeroom in system on a daily basis
- Inform Financial Controller and Cost Controller of any instances of theft, breakage or obsolete/damaged stock.
- Monthly slow moving items report must be submitted to Financial Controller Báo cáo hàng châm Iuân chuyén cho Giám dðc tài chính mði tháng.
- Maintain a list of authorized signatories who may sign requisitions and place this list in a prominent place.
- Assist in performing monthly stocktakes of beverage stores and update Birchstreet system for results Of stocktake.
- Assist in performing bi-annual stocktakes of food stores and update Birchstreet system for results of stocktake

- Able to speak, read, write and understand Vietnamese and English language used in the workplace.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards.
- Understanding of purchasing, storing and issuing stock control procedures.
