• College degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of casino surveillance experience and 2 department management experience
• Previous supervisory experience in a multi station surveillance monitor room.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to communicate fluently in the English language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.
• Knowledge and experience of CCTV/Surveillance systems usage.
• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Extensive knowledge of cheating and game protection issues.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange and Outlook
