Purpose of Job / Job Summary:
A Talent Acquisition Executive is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
1. To develop and carry out talent acquisition strategies for the company
2. Develop a company policy for talent assessment, benchmarking, and interviews
3. Source candidates and fill in vacant positions in the company
4. Anticipate future hiring needs by analyzing the organization's development
5. Manage the entire recruitment process
6. Represent the company at events and build a network
7. Counsel candidates regarding salary, company benefits, and work environment
8. Prepare a report on a monthly basis for key talent acquisition metric
9. Work closely with the HR department to stay updated and meet the company's hiring need
10. Coordinate with the marketing department to build innovative talent acquisition strategies
11. Administrate all paperwork regarding the hiring of a new employee
12. Maintain good relations with past and potential candidates
13. Stay updated and well researched with talent acquisition trends
14. Other assigned tasks by Human Resource Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree of HR, Business Administration, and related fields
- Experience : 02-03 Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role in HR
- Specific skills / abilities : Interpersonal & communication, analysis, negotiation, problem solving, time management skills
- Personal qualities : Overall and detail oriented
