Execute Recruitment Strategies: Implement recruitment activities as per the approved headcount and recruitment plans, specifically for the Collection Department. Ensure alignment with recruitment requests and organizational goals.Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding: Engage in talent sourcing activities, including posting job advertisements on various platforms, participating in job fairs, and building relationships with universities and colleges to enhance employer branding and develop a diverse candidate pool.Candidate Selection & Onboarding: Conduct the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening applications, shortlisting candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, administering assessments, performing reference checks, and managing offer negotiations and onboarding activities.Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and expectations, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.HR Administrative Support: Handle HR-related tasks such as probationary reviews, contract renewals, promotions, transfers, and resignation processes in a timely and efficient manner.Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly recruitment reports to monitor progress.Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other tasks or projects as assigned by the Line Manager to support the TA team and broader organizational objectives.
