- Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles. Serve as an advisor to talent and hiring managers- Drive recruitment analytics across the organization. Creating the most appropriate recruitment strategy for every role by providing sourcing & selection solutions via careers page and job portals, social networks & groups, employer branding, employee referral program, internal job movement etc. Improvement of the sourcing funnel for hiring.- Develop assessment methods/initiatives to ensure hiring decision is majorly data driven. Timely publishing of reports and dashboards.- Oversee compliance with organizational recruiting policies and regulations

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum of five years of recruiting experience is required in a corporate setting/hunting agencies, preferably in ICT field.- Project management experience is preferred in order to work with multiple openings requiring vast skill sets. High mental flexibility as positions range from entry level to specialized/C-level positions- Expand knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment analytics and metrics/Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/ Advanced sourcing techniques /Candidate assessment and Interviewing skills- Expand knowledge & hands-on experience in EB: proven track record in initiating/conducting employer branding projects to attract top talent.
