- Supervises and coordinates the process of application, test administration, and interview schedules
- Supervises recruitment advertisement; interviews and reference checking to ensure the qualified candidate are hired
- Builds up relationships with hospitality schools to ensure a certain candidate sources for permanent positions and casual labors
- Plans and implements HR policies and procedures
- Ensure new employees are pre-briefed, well-oriented and prepared, to be well-equipped prior to first day of arrival
- Supervises roster and time attendance process for monthly payroll
- Organize annual health check for all associates
- Ensures employment conditions are compliance with the employment law
- Assists with the completion of performance appraisals and ad-hoc salary review
- Assists with the hotel and employee activities e.g. Monthly staff birthday, Recognition program, sport activities together with the annual activities e.g. staff party, family day
- Administers job transfers, promotions and terminations
- Assists in staff problem resolution by providing counseling and referral to advisory services
- Counsels all associates and conduct disciplinary action if necessary
- Engages in HR manning budget, HR expenses budget, and HR Capex

- Thorough knowledge of Hotel operations

- Good English Language and Vietnamese Language skills
