You will join and lead a project to define and drive the learning initiatives for internal talents at BGSW Vietnam. A great opportunity for creating the future talents for Bosch!Job Description* Lead the design, development, and implementation of reskilling and upskilling programs for employees in the embedded systems & IT domain.* Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps, ensuring alignment with current and future business needs.* Collaborate with all stakeholders (including department heads, team leaders, Indian Talent Hub team, etc.) to deliver training program smoothly.* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, measure program effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.* Act as a main contact point to integrate new Talent platform in BGSW Vietnam.* Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees participating in the training program.* Roll-out of Platform (tool) & maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.* Other tasks as assigned by managers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.* Minimum 6 years experience in related field* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.* Experience in Embedded or IT software Development* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.* Experience in working together with a corporate L&D environment is a plus.
