Tech Lead AI

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years in a lead or senior engineering role. Proven expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and microservices architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with AI/ML integrations, including LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate). Strong understanding of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and real-time communication protocols (WebSocket, STOMP). Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern CI/CD pipelines. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience building multi-tenant SaaS or AI-driven products. Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.) and prompt engineering. Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance for AI systems. Previous experience working with RAG-based architectures or AI workflow orchestration.
