As a manager, you will be in charge of building a microservice architecture for Finance product,KV Web, Ecommerce, leading a geek team who loves challenges and collaborating with the product team.What you will do:1. Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance standard programming frameworks and libraries: Optimize development processes, reduce errors and risks, and improve team efficiency.- Implement and enforce best coding practices: Apply principles such as TDD, CI/CD, SOLID, DRY, KISS, and other language-specific best practices.- System architecture planning and direction: Ensure the system is loosely coupled, scalable, and fault-tolerant as needed.- Research and adopt new technologies: Continuously enhance the team’s technical capabilities by exploring and integrating the latest industry practices.- Manage CI/CD and system monitoring: Ensure continuous development and deployment while proactively monitoring and resolving system issues.- Incident management: Take responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving system failures.- Support recruitment and technical interviews: Evaluate and interview candidates for technical positions within the team.- Coaching and training: Enhance the technical expertise of team members through training and mentorship programs.2. Accountability- Manage technical debt & feature development speed: Ensure a balance between feature development velocity and code quality.- System scalability & architecture quality: Take responsibility for the system’s scalability, maintainability, and adherence to architectural best practices.3. Authority- Make final decisions on critical technical issues: Have the authority to make key technical decisions that significantly impact the system.- Solution direction: Hold the right to veto and determine technical direction when the team is unable to reach a consensus.- Assess and determine the technical levels of team members: Evaluate individual competencies to optimize team performance and development.
