In this position you lead a software project team in the domain of Real-Time core and Application core-based software for Automotive Chiplet Systems (ACS).Project reference: Your main responsibilities:Influence international stakeholders, difference domains, difference partners to achieve project goalsTaking the responsibility for achieving the project targets and KPIs (on time, on spec, on budget, customer satisfaction).Agreement on project targets with program- and project management, internal difference sub-project teams, external partners (Tier 2 suppliers) and customers (OEMs) and regular reporting of project statusSupporting customer acquisitions by preparing customer-specific presentation related software domain in strong cooperation with project, product management and sales (POC)Supporting on setup development process for Tier 2 for ensuring project success business byapplying project management tools like quality management, change management, risk management, configuration management as well asdefining software development processes setting up PMT for establishing an efficient software development (CD/CI, …)defining an interface adapting customer-specific to ACS project tool chainFurthermore, you will collaborate with both technical and business experts todefine work products for the development team and aligning these with OEM and Automotive Chiplet System (ACS) platform requirements.support customer demonstrationprovide technical documentation for the project and ensure its quality according to international standards (e.g. PMI-PMP, VDA, ISO26262, ASPICE, AEC-Q)

Educational and ExperienceB.E. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fieldsAt least 10 years of experience in embedded software development and 5 years of experience at same roleTechnical and Architecture ExpertiseStrong experience in defining and owning software architecture for embedded systems running on high-performance SoC platforms (multi-core CPU, GPU, DSP, accelerator)Familiar with modern Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (i.e. Enterprise Architect) for system modeling, requirement traceability, and architecture design.Experience with Microcontroller Unit (MCU) architectures, such as ARM, RISC-V,...Extensive development experience with Linux, QNX, Android and comparable embedded platforms.Proficient in C/C++ and Python programming Leadership & Project ManagementProven experience in project management with full ownership of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (Q-C-D), including leading and managing engineering teams of 10–20 members to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Proficient project management skills, preferably with a PMP or equivalent certification.Excellent communication skills and are proficient in creating top management presentationsExcellent in maintaining focus and goal-orientation in a fast-changing environment, with strong motivation for data management and strategic workAbility to inspire and motivate others and are willing to go the extra mile to achieve our targetsLanguage: Fluent English Nice-to-have:Hands-on experience in automotive domain.General knowledge in functional safety (ISO 26262) and security principles (SAE 21434)Understanding of E/E (Electrical/Electronic) automotive architectures, particularly for ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) and infotainment systems.Be able to speak Chinese, German is a plus
