- Apply trade expertise as a Electrical Technician in charge of the monthly preventive maintenance of the Electric Station, Electric Distributor board, VRV, Pump, HVAC FAN, Kitchen equipment, Guest Lift, Services Lift, Foods lift,…, and other MEP equipment.
- Assist Laundry technician / Kitchen technician/ Plumber technician/ HVAC Technician/ Technician (Carpenter – Mason PU) when required
- Establish and maintain proper parts inventory levels
- Initiate/identify project work required in light of your trade throughout the hotel
- Assist with the implementation of the hotel’s preventative maintenance system and repair log system
- Daily inspection and rectification of all public areas in relation to your trade
- Monthly and record equipment status and report to Engineering Supervisor/ Asst. Chief Engineer/ Duty Engineer/ Duty Engineer (Building Maintenance)/ Chief Engineer about pending work orders and material requirements
- Yearly follow-up inspection of all-electric panel/connecting/equipment and follow-up action requirements
- Be able to show flexibility to change the schedule in light of guest priorities (for example support for events, B.E.O,…)
- Carry out any minor repairs to guest rooms or public areas
- Liaise directly with departments regarding the completion of work orders and priorities in order of guest satisfaction

- Qualifications: Vocational Certificate or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
