We are looking for the candidate whom can provide leadership and guidance to the test team on best practice, mentoring and supporting development of team members with training and growth plans. Manage resources effectively to ensure utilization is maximized, aligned to plan, budget and to timeframes.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of coordinating task and allocation of team members within testing team.
- Managing and coordinate Test Plan for each test cycle.
- Coordinate and review test cases and artifacts of team members to ensure consistency in testing deliverables.
- Ensure maintenance of test documentation (I.e., test cases, test script, RTM).
- Review and report test status to Test Manager/Project stakeholders.
- Ensuring alignment and adherence to all relevant project policies and processes as per the project management framework.
- Train new members about the test skills, test process.
- Ensure the test team follow the process compliance.
- Multi-tasking, can join/support many projects at the same time.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Should have 7 to 10 years of experience in testing.
- Have at least 3 years of experience as test leader.
- Have experience in automation test is an advantage.
- Have experience in mobile testing.
- Have knowledge in financial system, trading system is an advantage.
- Willing to learn automation. Basic knowledge on API (POSTMAN/RESTAPI).
- Good communication skill.
- Fluent in English.
