- This position would prefer candidates those can work in Hai Phong or Ha Tinh Plant.- Collaborate with departments to analyze in-depth training needs and propose appropriate development solutions- Design training programs based on core competencies, job competency frameworks, and practical needs (including both soft skills and technical skills)- Organize, coordinate, and monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs- Act as an internal trainer for selected soft skills and production management skills programs targeted at middle management- Develop pre-, during-, and post-training assessment tools; analyze data and propose program improvements- Support the development and enhancement of training materials, question banks, and learning resources- Participate in developing the internal trainer network through the "Train the Trainer" program- Contribute to the implementation of capability development programs and learning culture initiatives- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University Bachelor or Master degree• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)• Competence computer literate (Microsoft Offices, Outlook, and PowerPoint• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Training & Development, Talent Management, or HR)• Strong mindset for people development• A good team player, willing to support others with planning & organizing skills• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills• Proactive, open-minded, can-do mindset and have good influencing skills
