• Maintain & updating Training Record & Tracking files
• Prepare Training materials (support translation, games, and other training materials)
• Support tracking Merlin courses & Merlin supports
• Support to organize various Internal & External events for Hotel’s colleagues
• Arrange appointments and meetings and training classes
• Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect or take a message
• Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
• Coordinate and support to manage interns in hotel
• Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
• Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
• Other duties assigned by Manager

Required Skills –
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Average good in the use of Microsoft Office
• Good writing skills
• Good English is a must
• Basic design & video-making skills (through Canva or AI or Proshow is preferred)
• Passion on organizing events
Qualifications –
• Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration
Experience –
• None (prefer candidates with MC experience for clubs/ for school events)
