- Based on the actual situation, analyze the training needs of the departments in the hotel
- Coordinate with departments to arrange appropriate training schedule
- Develop an annual training plan (time, budget, etc.) and submit it to the hotel management for review
- Evaluate the list of training courses available and being applied in the training of hotel personnel at all levels
- Finding solutions to overcome the limitations of ongoing training courses
- Coordinate with relevant departments to design new training courses to improve service quality and employee performance
- Looking for a team of good professionals - professional to participate in teaching
- Working with trainers to set up a library of documents including: books, ebooks, handbooks, videos… used for training courses in the hotel
- Participate in compiling, designing and producing training materials to meet the effectiveness and specific needs of each department
- Coordinate with human resources department and other departments in the hotel to implement training and retraining plans to improve professional skills.
- Directly participate in teaching skills to employees in the area of expertise - profession
- Assist specialists in preparing documents and implementing the training process
- Monitor - evaluate the effectiveness of the training course implemented to make timely adjustments
- Participating in policy making and training procedures
- Participating in building the SOP model system for the hotel - ensuring that department heads comply with their responsibilities for training and managing employees according to SOP standards
- Maintain training records of employees, supervisors and managers
- When necessary, advise employees on how to develop their career - future orientation
- Assign jobs - coordinate with staff in charge of training
- Periodically prepare training reports to submit to superiors
- Perform other tasks as required by the Hotel Management Board

- Candidates with experience in a similar position in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment
- Serious attitude at work
- Good English communication
