- Design, deliver and administer the training programs in accordance with the organization’s training and development plan to enhance the performance individual employees and meet the current and future needs of the business.
- Analyze the training needs of individuals or groups of employee to develop the training program.
- Design, resource and deliver training programs or recommend externally-provided programs which meet the needs of employee’s needs and the organization’s overall plans.
- Counsel employees and Managers about the organization’s training programs and policies and arrange for employee to participate in internal and external training so that the organization’s training resources are allocated effectively.
- Maintain and analyze the training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs.
- Compile handbooks, manual, guides and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources.
- Control the recruitment channels (advertise the recruitment requirement into the website, update, collect to CV and send to HRM, extend the expiry, ...)
- Assist to organize the Recruitment Day/Job Fair
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Training Executive or Trainer.
- Computer and literacy and advance English (4 skills).
- Time Management Skill, Solving Management skill.
- Good communication, good presentation
- Careful, accuracy, active, friendly, honest
