- Set up & implement business plans to achieve the assigned sales targets
- Strictly implement & follow Co’s regulations & rules for customers
- Use samples, and gimmicks appropriately as per the allocated plans for the assigned territories
- Maintain & develop territory coverage & customer network
- Implement the assigned marketing plans & programs
- Build-up & develop customer relationship & new territory coverage
- Receive customer feedback & requirement and handle/report to intermediate Manager for solutions.
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 1-year of experience in a similar position.
- College/University/ College graduation
– Medical/ Pharmacy/Economic faculty is preferable.
- Good communication & negotiation, customer analysis & appraise
