**Job Summary
- Handle administrative supporting tasks.
**Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and provide them with refreshments as they wait.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Order office supplies.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mails.
- Deal with courier/ postal.
- Coordinate with third parties (cleaning, transportation, connection…).
- Coordinate with Landlord for any maintenance and fixation if required.
- File office documents (e-file and physical ones).
- Arrange business cards.
- Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies when directed.
- Contact relevant parties both internally and externally to collect invoices and gather the information for payment.
- Assist with work permit, visa, the residence card applications for expatriates.
- Performing other relevant duties as required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Vietnamese. Japanese is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office Skills.
