• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all labor regulations
• Develop training management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Develop HR strategy for all employees; keeps the strategy up to date
• Ability of managing conflicts to ensure the company have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Maintain company organization charts & develop yearly salary budget
• Ensuring company’s strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
• Maintain HR systems and processes
• Develop KPI and conduct performance and salary reviews
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
• Design and implement employee retention strategies
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• A university degree in social science, human resource, administration or business
• Experience in HR
• Have good knowledge on KPI/ 3P salary
• Have good knowledge labor law
• Good negotiation skills.
