UI/UX Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Leader to provide design leadership and guidance for our product development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and overseeing the creation of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered interfaces and experiences. You will play a crucial role in shaping the product vision from a user perspective, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering innovation within the design department. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, will be essential.Trách nhiệm công việc Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that are intuitive and visually appealing.  Develop and maintain UI style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across products.  Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.  Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality design deliverables.  Advocate for user needs and design excellence throughout the product lifecycle.  Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.  Measure the success of design solutions through relevant metrics and iterate based on performance and user feedback. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar leadership role.  A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, UX principles, and user-centered design processes.  Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.  Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.  Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.  Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.  Excellent understanding of design systems and UI style guides.  Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.  Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.  Ability to present and articulate design concepts and rationale clearly.  Experience working in an Agile development environment.  Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.  Ability to mentor and guide other designers.  Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.  Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field.
