(Urgent) - Manager of Vendor Management (Manufacturing, Garment)

MAIN RESPONSBILITY:- Direct report to Senior Director of Vendor Management- Lead a small group of vendor management team in Vietnam- Identify and address supply risk through contingency planning and diversification strategies- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure alignment with company goals- Develop tools to assess vendor performance, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiativesDUTIES:- Provide support and guidance to help the team achieve the company goals- Regular review on the order status with the team to ensure schedule on track- Generate regular reports of vendor and order status to review with the Senior Director- Provide training and directions to vendors and internal teams for production tracking- Identify and implement process improvement to enhance vendor management efficiency in regular base
