Operations Management
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Human Resources, etc.).
• Ensure operational excellence, service consistency, and hygiene standards are strictly maintained.
• Assist in handling guest issues, staff concerns, or operational challenges beyond departmental scope.
Human Resources & Leadership
• Support recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Foster a professional, positive, and motivating workplace culture.
• Mentor and develop department heads to strengthen leadership capability.
Business Development & Marketing
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to plan and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Service Quality & Guest Experience
• Monitor guest feedback to ensure continuous improvement in service and product quality.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Develop initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.
Finance & Asset Management
• Assist in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Oversee procurement, maintenance, and effective use of hotel assets and equipment.
External Relations & Compliance
• Maintain positive relationships with local authorities, business partners, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the hotel in dealings with government agencies, security, and fire safety authorities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role and at 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage operations, lead teams, and drive business growth.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and customer service.
• Proficiency in English and Korean.

• Salary is 60,000,000 VND~70,000,000 VND. Negotiable depending on experience
