Sales Enablement team supports VietnamWorks’ business as the recruitment advertising division. It plays a crucial role in the growth of VietnamWorks' business, including business strategy planning, business management, competitor analysis, and consideration of new services.As a Business Assistant Intern, you can gain a practical understanding of the essence of business, learn appropriate work methods, and grasp business concepts through supporting the operations of this team.Assist project (30%)One of the project is connecting universities for future cooperation. You will assist Head of Sales Enablement to proceed project smoothly.• Contact with universities via email and phone• Collect information for consideration of cooperation• Making reportCreating report (30%)• Update monitoring data and making report(daily/weekly)• Support to prepare internal meeting materials• Research tasks related to businessOther tasks• This team has marketing function. You will support sometasks related to marketing• Other tasks assigned by manager
