Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities: Supervise warehouse staff on daily warehouse tasks efficiently & properly, including materials & finished goods stock. Establish and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), monitor in/out stock turnover & inventory level. Keep updates on in/out stock records, and ensure all records are accurate & up-to-date. Prepare regular reports, and provide reviews to management. Formulate warehouse polices, rules & regulations, standard operating procedures (SOP), and performance objectives. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations & work schedules. Coach warehouse staff & assess their performance.
