We’re looking for curious, driven CMS developer who wants to join our marketing team to shape the future with us!ResponsibilitiesBuild, customize, and optimize modules, templates and themes within HubSpot CMS.Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to translate strategic and creative needs into scalable web solutions.Enhance the website as a key extension of our brand and as a driver for campaigns and customer interactions.Develop new components, features and integrations as needed, aligned with business goals.Continuously improve the website’s usability, performance, and responsiveness to meet evolving needs.Take ownership of our website development and maintenance.

Must haveStrong front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript with 3-5 years of experience.Strong English communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.Ability to build and customize templates, themes, and modules.Familiarity with responsive, mobile-first design and UI/UX best practices.Proactive and self-driven mindset — able to take ownership of website development and improvements.Comfortable collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams.Nice to havePrevious experience with HubSpot CMS and its development tools.Familiarity with HubSpot APIs, marketing automation, or analytics tools.Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization.Understanding of accessibility standards and web compliance.Affinity with the FinTech domain and interest in user-centered digital experiences.
