Position Overview:We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer based in Vietnam to support our North American marketing team. In this role, you’ll create and execute fresh, high-quality designs across digital, print, web, and performance channels, from concept through final delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and growth teams to develop on-brand, performance-driven creative assets, produce and edit video content, and contribute to a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints. This role will play a part in optimizing creative for engagement, reach, and ROI. Responsibilities: Participate in creative sprints with the Growth/Performance Marketing team to generate impactful concepts for paid performance channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Connected TV (CTV)Review performance data in partnership with the Senior Performance Manager to refine creative assets, improve hit rates, and help lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).Support the production of assets for growth (ads, landing pages, email, website), brand (social media, events, merchandise), and product (packaging, UI support).Create and execute fresh, high-quality designs across multiple channels (digital, print, web, display, sales, etc.) from concept to final delivery using industry-standard design software.Work with the Canadian marketing team to ensure all creative assets and layouts are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance.Stay current with design trends, social media marketing best practices, tools, and techniques that drive engagement and brand consistency.Design and support marketing and product email campaigns for both customer and non-customer audiences.Contribute to the development of a cohesive visual identity that reflects our brand personality across all touchpoints.Edit video content tailored for platforms like social, CTV, and OOH advertising.interest/ability to utilize AI to help streamline workflow, prompt for research/ideation, etcOther duties as assigned.
