Nhóm 1: QUẢN LÝ CHÍNH SÁCH CÔNG NGHỆ THÔNG TIN, ĐỔI MỚI SÁNG TẠO VÀ CHUYỂN ĐỔI SỐ1.2. Nghiên cứu xây dựng, triển khai chiến lược, kiến trúc về ATTTVai trò, số lượng: - Vai trò: Xây dựng và tổ chức triển khai chiến lược kiến trúc giải pháp tổng thể về bảo đảm an ninh, an toàn thông tin của NHNN.- Số lượng: 01 người thực hiện:- Nghiên cứu, xây dựng, trình ban hành, triển khai các chính sách, chiến lược, kế hoạch, tiêu chuẩn, quy định, hướng dẫn về an ninh, an toàn thông tin tuân thủ quy định của Nhà nước và thông lệ quốc tế.- Nghiên cứu, đánh giá và đề xuất quản lý rủi ro an ninh, an toàn thông tin các công nghệ mới (như trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI), chuỗi khối (Blockchain), điện toán đám mây (Cloud Computing), dữ liệu lớn (Big Data), Internet vạn vật (IoT),…) trong NHNN và ngành Ngân hàng.- Theo dõi, kiểm tra, tham gia các đoàn kiểm tra tình hình thực hiện các văn bản chính sách, quy định về an ninh, an toàn thông tin.- Tổng hợp báo cáo tình hình thực hiện chính sách/văn bản của các tổ chức tín dụng, các đơn vị NHNN về an ninh, an toàn thông tin.

Main tasks and activitiesAnalyze business requirements to design and implement automation solutions that align with the architectural, security, and migration needs outlined in the document provided by the business.Follow best practices for automation development across all tools and platforms used.Collaborate closely with the team to deliver complete end-to-end automation projects, including bot development and deployment.Apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology throughout the project lifecycle.Create and maintain documentation such as Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs), among others.Participate in delivering automation demonstrations to stakeholders.Continuously update and enhance technical skills through training and certifications in UiPath and Automation Anywhere.Provide regular and accurate status updates to management and internal teams.Conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions within the team or upon request.Serve as a backup resource for team members when needed to ensure project continuity.Offer operational support to users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and implementing preventive measures beyond the core technical role.Reporting lineReport directly to the Team Leader based in Ho Chi Minh.
