Nhiệm vụ quản lý•Quản lý, phân công, triển khai công việc của Phòng trong phạm vi được phân công và giám sát, đánh giá thực hiện•Huấn luyện, đào tạo chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ cho CBNV được giao quản lý.2. Nhiệm vụ chuyên môn: Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng chỉ đạo thực hiện các nhiệm vụ theo CNNV của Phòng bao gồm một/một số các mảng công việc như sau:•Xây dựng và triển khai hiệu quả dự án Basel, các dự án, sáng kiến chiến lược và các dự án nâng cao hiệu quả QTRR khác.•Các nhiệm vụ liên quan đến QTRR tích hợp:-Xây dựng và triển khai Chiến lược rủi ro, Khẩu vị rủi ro, Hạn mức rủi ro phù hợp với quy định của NHNN và định hướng, chiến lược của Ngân hàng trong từng thời kỳ.-Xây dựng và chuẩn hóa các chính sách, quy định và quy trình QTRR trên toàn hàng.-Thực hiện công tác giám sát các yêu cầu của NHNN về QTRR thông qua: (i) xây dựng cơ chế theo dõi, cập nhật các văn bản của NHNN có liên quan; (ii) thiết lập danh mục các yêu cầu, mô tả điều kiện, tiêu chuẩn cần đạt được; (iii) tiến hành thực hiện đánh giá định kỳ mức độ đáp ứng của PVcomBank.-Đầu mối phối hợp với các Phòng QTRR chuyên môn thực hiện đánh giá nội bộ về mức đủ vốn trong phạm vi trách nhiệm của Khối QTRR.-Đề xuất các điều chỉnh về quy định, chính sách của Ngân hàng, đảm bảo tuân thủ các tỷ lệ an toàn vốn theo quy định của NHNN và quy định của PVcomBank trong từng thời kỳ.-Đầu mối xây dựng, triển khai và quản lý hiệu quả chính sách phân quyền phê duyệt tổng thể trên toàn hàng.-Phân tích chuyên sâu dữ liệu vĩ mô, dữ liệu tài chính, dữ liệu rủi ro phục vụ cho quá trình đánh giá rủi ro tích hợp.-Theo dõi và báo cáo cấp có thẩm quyền về trạng thái rủi ro tổng thể của PVcomBank, mối tương tác giữa các loại rủi ro dựa trên hồ sơ rủi ro và các báo cáo quản lý rủi ro từ các đơn vị có liên quan, trên cơ sở đó đề xuất các biện pháp giảm thiểu rủi ro (nếu có).•Các nhiệm vụ liên quan đến kiểm định mô hình QTRR: Xây dựng các quy trình, mẫu báo cáo và công cụ phục vụ việc giám sát chất lượng, hiệu quả của các mô hình quản trị rủi ro của các mô hình.•Thực hiện công tác giúp việc cho Ủy ban Quản lý rủi ro (cấp HĐQT) và Hội đồng rủi ro (cấp BĐH) theo Quy chế tổ chức bộ máy của Ủy ban Quản lý rủi ro, Hội đồng rủi ro.3.
