Managing inventory including system and physical count.- Management of cost reporting and cost management including standard costing within Vietnam reporting as well as product costing based on the groups’ standard calculation format.- Work closely with all department to verify data, monitor, control and plan inventories of raw material, consumables, and indirect materials to control and improve consumption costs.- Controlling scrap rate, loss rate, BOM of product goods in the field of Wood, Corrugated, extrusion and Thermoforming in house.- Prepair of product calculations for feasibility analysis as well as pricing purposes.- Checking and controlling the actual manufacturing processes, ensuring the costing system reflecting actual manufacturing situationControlling job:- Analyze, and evaluate compliance control results to identify issues and propose solutions to minimize violations, prevent non-compliance, and enhance overall adherence.- Develop and improve processes, internal policies related to the assigned area, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and adherence to the company's rules and policies.- Execute other tasks assigned by the Finance Assistant Manager.

Information Security Red team:- Implement the strategy to ensure information security: + Participate in the implementation of the Information Security strategy by providing input data on attack trends, forms of exploitation and risks arising in each period. + Participate in the implementation of the annual information security implementation plan, meet the business and operational needs of the bank through the implementation of information security testing programs for the technology activities of the Business. + Develop penetration testing methods, information security scanning scripts and security checks according to international standards such as OSSTMM, Sans and OWASP. + Develop new techniques, exploit scripts and programs for automated penetration testing- Perform test attack activities: + Directly perform vulnerability detection review, vulnerability assessment, and conduct penetration/exploit testing periodically or at the request of the Block leader for all systems/applications; Penetration testing for system/application after live detection or whenever undergoing a major change. Testing methods must ensure practicality including both technical (technology) and non-technical (people, processes, physical assets). From there, provide CISO as well as other Information Security departments to have programs to deal with the problems of system weaknesses that can be exploited. + Perform regular vulnerability scans, information security checks to find vulnerabilities in the system and provide remedial / remedial solutions; supports maintaining compliance with world security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SCP (swift). + Develop and manage vulnerability management program, threat intelligence database. Collect, track metrics, and analyze trends on cyber defenses, threats, detected attacks, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures/preventions. + Actively research / find new vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques and cyber threats; Identify trends in cybersecurity involving tactics, techniques, and processes, targeting for malware development and deployment. + Directly participate in the experimental plan of responding to an Information Security incident as an attack unit and in the case of an actual Information Security incident as the response team. Accounts Receivable Management- Review and verify office rental contracts, ensuring customer information and payment terms comply with company regulations.- Check and validate all documents related to SAP incoming payments (invoices, contracts, payment requests, and supporting documents). Report discrepancies to the General Accountant and return to the requester for correction.- Check debit notes and issue VAT invoices for tenants, Lotte subsidiaries, and other customers.- Monitor and follow up on receivables in the SAP system; promptly notify the Leasing team regarding overdue debts.- Prepare and submit monthly VAT output reports.2. Budgeting & Reporting- Guide and support other departments in using the cost center correctly; make necessary adjustments in the P&L report.- Allocate expenses from LPH to Shopping Mall, Office, and Hotel in the SAP system before the month-end closing.- Prepare, review, and analyze P&L reports as required by management.
