Đầu tư, nghiên cứu và phát triển sản phẩm:• Nghiên cứu, thẩm định, kiểm soát các đề xuất định hướng concept quy hoạch các dự án BĐS, đảm bảo các sản phẩm BĐS có tính cạnh tranh cao, phù hợp thị hiếu của khách hàng, bắt kịp xu thế thị trường từng giai đoạn và đạt hiệu quả kinh doanh.• Phát triển danh mục sản phẩm, dự án, các phương thức kinh doanh phù hợp với định hướng phát triển của Tập đoàn và quy định của PL.Hoạt động Kinh doanh và Marketing: • Tham mưu cho LĐTĐ về KHKD theo quý/năm của toàn khối.• Kiểm soát và chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu quả kinh doanh từ các Dự án BĐS (bán, cho thuê,…) toàn công ty. • Kiểm soát, thẩm duyệt các KH Marketing, đảm bảo các kênh triển khai sáng tạo, hiệu quả cao, không lãng phí. • Kiểm soát và điều hành hoạt động bán hàng tại các vùng/khu vực theo đúng kế hoạch và ngân sách được phê duyệt.• Thiết lập hệ thống chỉ tiêu KPI, chính sách bán hàng, cơ chế hoa hồng, thưởng kinh doanh.• Kiểm soát và chịu trách nhiệm về dòng tiền tháng/quý/năm theo đúng kế hoạch.• Kiểm soát chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng xuyên suốt vòng đời sản phẩm.• Đảm bảo sản phẩm đưa ra thị trường đúng cam kết về pháp lý, tiến độ, chất lượng.• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ chiến lược khác theo phân công của Ban Lãnh đạo.

Mục tiêu công việcTổ chức và trực tiếp giảng dạy các chương trình đào tạo cho Bác tài Xanh, đảm bảo học viên nắm vững kiến thức, kỹ năng và thái độ phục vụ chuẩn mực theo tiêu chuẩn XanhSM; góp phần xây dựng đội ngũ tài xế chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện và an toàn.2. Nhiệm vụ & Trách nhiệm chínhĐứng lớp đào tạo:- Giảng dạy trực tiếp các khóa đào tạo hội nhập, nghiệp vụ dịch vụ, quy trình vận hành và kỹ năng mềm cho Bác tài Xanh.- Truyền tải nội dung đào tạo sinh động, dễ hiểu, gắn với thực tế vận hành.- Đảm bảo kỷ luật lớp học, duy trì tinh thần học tập tích cực của học viên.Chuẩn bị & tổ chức lớp học:- Phối hợp với chuyên viên tổ chức đào tạo trong việc chuẩn bị tài liệu, thiết bị, cơ sở vật chất và công tác điểm danh, đánh giá.- Đóng góp ý kiến cải tiến nội dung, phương pháp giảng dạy và tài liệu đào tạo.Đánh giá & báo cáo sau đào tạo:- Thực hiện kiểm tra, đánh giá kết quả học viên sau khóa học.- Tổng hợp phản hồi, lập báo cáo kết quả đào tạo, đề xuất cải tiến chất lượng giảng dạy.Công tác hỗ trợ và di chuyển:- Thực hiện công tác đào tạo tại các tỉnh, thành khác khi được phân công.- Hỗ trợ triển khai các chương trình đào tạo nội bộ, huấn luyện giảng viên nội bộ hoặc các dự án đào tạo khác của Phòng.

- Chịu sự phân công từ Trưởng phòng / PTGĐ phụ trách.- Dựng Model 3D trên Tekla Structures- Xuất bản vẽ lắp dựng, bản vẽ cấu kiện, bản vẽ phôi và các dữ liệu phục vụ công tác sản xuất lắp dựng- Thực hiện đề xuất kỹ thuật để phù hợp với việc gia công, lắp dựng.- Hỗ trợ các phòng ban xuất BOQ các công trình kết cấu thép từ mô hình đã có.
