MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC: - Lãnh đạo đội ngũ xây dựng, triển khai và vận hành các giải pháp dữ liệu và phân tích phục vụ cho hoạt động quản trị, kinh doanh và vận hành. Giới thiệu dự ánChúng tôi đang phát triển một nền tảng văn phòng ảo (Virtual Office) hoạt động trên công nghệ 3D realtime, cho phép người dùng tương tác trong không gian số thông qua avatar nhân vật người.Để mở rộng đội ngũ sản xuất nội dung 3D, chúng tôi tìm kiếm 3D Artist có kinh nghiệm vững trong model nhân vật, am hiểu pipeline realtime và sử dụng tốt Blender. :- Tạo mô hình 3D nhân vật người (avatar) theo phong cách đồ hoạ của dự án (realistic hoặc stylized).- Thực hiện toàn bộ pipeline nhân vật: Blocking, High-poly sculpting, Retopology, UV unwrap, Baking maps (Normal, AO, Curvature...), Texturing theo chuẩn PBR hoặc stylized.- Tối ưu mô hình cho Unity realtime (polycount, material, texture size)- Tạo rig cơ bản và animation đơn giản (idle, walking, sitting, waving...).- Sản xuất trang phục, phụ kiện và props nhân vật.- Kết hợp với Unity Developer: Setup avatar Humanoid Rig, làm việc với animation - controller, material, prefab, kiểm tra lỗi skinning/weight/material.- Làm việc với shader trong Blender: Node Editor, thiết lập PBR material, chuẩn bị texture & maps đúng chuẩn Unity.- Đóng góp ý tưởng cải thiện visual avatar và workflow 3D.

Thiết kế, phát triển và deploy các ứng dụng ngân hàng dựa trên Java sử dụng Spring Boot, tuân thủ các best practices và design patterns.Phối hợp với business analysts, product owners và stakeholders để hiểu yêu cầu nghiệp vụ ngân hàng, user stories và acceptance criteria.Chuyển đổi business requirements thành technical specifications và đóng góp ý kiến về architecture và design decisions.Implement các giải pháp event-driven architecture sử dụng Kafka, IBM MQ/ActiveMQ hoặc AWS SQS/SNS để xử lý real-time data processing và giao tiếp giữa các microservices.Tích hợp các ứng dụng Java với RESTful APIs và backend services, đảm bảo communication và data exchange liền mạch.Tham gia các buổi họp Agile như sprint planning, backlog grooming và sprint review, đảm bảo phù hợp với mục tiêu và ưu tiên của dự án.Sử dụng Jira hoặc các công cụ quản lý dự án tương tự để theo dõi nhiệm vụ, báo cáo tiến độ và quản lý vấn đề.Thực hiện code review, viết unit tests và debugging để đảm bảo reliability, performance và scalability của các ứng dụng ngân hàng.Cập nhật các công nghệ mới nổi, xu hướng ngành và best practices trong phát triển phần mềm ngân hàng để liên tục cải thiện kỹ năng kỹ thuật và đóng góp vào sự phát triển của nhóm.
