Job PurposePerform specialized tasks, provide special skills in daily monitoring of IT infrastructure / applications / services of critical services (ROC, COC,...) to ensure that critical services meet SLAs committed to the business; As well as in the process of handling alerts, try to restore services as quickly as possible as well as remaining issues to ensure the best service delivery to customers.Key Acountabilties 1. Điều phối tổng quan để triển khai dự án theo đúng tiến độ, đúng hồ sơ thiết kế đã được Chủ đầu tư phê duyệt.- Lựa chọn các nhà thầu phụ phục vụ thi công.- Trực tiếp quản lý, chỉ đạo các chỉ huy trưởng công trường, PMD, kỹ thuật hiện trường...- Xây dựng hệ thống các quy trình trong phạm vi hoạt động của Phòng Dựán.- Chỉ đạo lập hồ sơ thanh quyết toán, hoàn công khi các dự án/công trình hoàn thành thi công.- Xem xét, xác nhận các chi phí phát sinh tăng, giảm trong quá trình thực hiện dự án.- Điều phối, đề xuất, đảm bảo các Biện pháp thi công, kế hoạch kiểm tra, nghiệm thu, hướng dẫn thi công.- Kiểm tra và theo dõi chất lượng, tiến độ và chi phí các dự án.- Hoạch định công việc, phân công nhiệm vụ cho các thành viên trong Phòng dự án.- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận có liên quan của công ty nhằm trển khai thực hiện các dự án một cách hiệu quả nhất.- Điều hành mọi hoạt động của Ban dự án, chịu trách nhiệm trước Ban Giám đốc về công việc được phân công.- Báo cáo định kỳ hoặc đột xuất về tình hình và kết quả thi công các dự án cho Tổng Giám đốc.- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của Ban giám đốc.- Giúp việc, tham mưu cho Chủ tịch HĐQT/Tổng Giám đốc Công ty về các lĩnh vực hoạt động của Công ty, đặc biệt là các lĩnh vực do mình phụ trách.

***Hợp đồng chính với CĐT:- Làm hồ sơ nghiệm thu chất lượng công trình: Biên bản phê duyệt mẫu vật liệu, biên bản nghiệm thu vật liệu đầu vào, biên bản nghiệm thu công việc xây dựng/lắp đặt biên bản hoàn thành giai đoạn và đưa vào sử dụng ….- Kiểm tra/tính toán khối lượng thanh quyết toán công trình và bảo vệ với Ban QLDA/TVGS.- Chuẩn bị và tập hợp hồ sơ thanh quyết toán nộp CĐT đúng thời hạn và theo dõi cập nhập thường xuyên tiến độ giải quyết, báo cáo ngay khi có vấn đề phát sinh cho cấp quản lý.- Quản lý, kiểm tra khối lượng hợp đồng và khối lượng công việc phát sinh.- Có khả năng quản lý và thực hiện danh mục hồ sơ quyết toán một công trình đầy đủ theo quy định chung.- Chịu trách nhiệm về tính chính xác và tiến độ các hồ sơ thanh quyết toán.*** HĐ thầu phụ:- Hỗ trợ tính toán khối lượng giao thầu cho thầu phụ.- Quản lý, kiểm tra và xác nhận khối lượng và hồ sơ thanh quyết toán cho các thầu phụ.- Báo cáo hàng ngày hoặc đột xuất cho cấp quản lý.

1.1 Thực hiện các mảng việc quản trị Tổ chức bộ máy, Quản trị nhân sự, Hệ thống, Tài chính, trong phạm vi phụ trách1.2 Các mảng việc chức năng chuyên môn, bao gồm:- Công tác hồ sơ:Tổ chức tiếp nhận, quản lý hồ sơ pháp lý và các hồ sơ liên quan khácKiểm tra, đánh giá hồ sơ BPTC trước khi trình thẩm địnhPhê duyệt bản vẽ triển khai quy trình kỹ thuật thi công, bản vẽ Shop drawingKiểm tra các mốc tiến độ thi công chính trước khi trình thẩm định/PD; Phê duyệt Tiến độ thi công chi tiết của các nhà thầu- Công tác quản lý công trường:Tổ chức kiểm soát việc quản lý và giám sát thi công xây dựng của các nhà thầuTiếp nhận và quản lý mặt bằng từ PTDABố trí TMB thi công công trình theo từng giai đoạn thi côngKiểm soát các chi phí ( khấu trừ chéo, tiện ích CĐT,...), đầu mục phát sinh tại hiện trường trong quá trình thực hiện Dự án/ công trìnhKiểm soát, xử lý các vấn đề vướng mắc/ bất cập trong quá trình thực hiện Dự án/công trìnhKiểm soát, tiếp nhận và tổ chức bảo quản vật tư, thiết bị do CĐT cấp.Kiểm soát, xác nhận bản vẽ hoàn công, xác nhận đánh giá các đầu việc trong bảng tổng hợp khối lượng hoàn thành của HSTQT các gói thầuTổ chức và thực hiện việc thi công mẫu, nghiệm thu mẫu, nghiệm thu tần suất theo quy định.Thực hiện, kiểm soát việc triển khai ATLĐ các DAThực hiện rà soát, đánh giá năng lực các Nhà thầuThực hiện thẩm định/ phê duyệt các công việc khác theo quy định- Kiểm soát Hồ sơ thiết kế trong quá trình thi công- Nghiệm thu với CĐT, CQNN theo quy định- Chi tiết công việc trao đổi cụ thể trong quá trình phỏng vấn

• Lên kế hoạch lắp đặt máy (máy Gia công chính xác, robot, máy chấn, CNC, hàn laser, phay, tiện, máy nén khí, …).• Tham gia trực tiếp lắp đặt, bàn giao thiết bị cho khách hàng, khắc phục sự cố khi xảy ra.• Thực hiện bảo trì, bảo dưỡng định kỳ thiết bị đã cấp cho khách hàng. Hỗ trợ kinh doanh tư vấn bán hàng (nếu cần).• Phối hợp với tất cả các bộ phận Kinh doanh, Kỹ thuật, Kho vận trong Công ty để giao hàng đúng thời gian, đảm bảo chất lượng.• Thiết kế dựng chi tiết 2D và mô hình 3D bằng Solidwork theo yêu cầu sản phẩm• Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp.
