Skills and Experience:• Strong understanding of all Amazon AWS services. Quản lý và phát triển kênh số, mở rộng hoạt động kinh doanh trên các kênh số; phát triển/điều chỉnh/nâng cấp/tích hợp/cải tiến tính năng và giao diện trải nghiệm dịch vụ ngân hàng số theo phân công:a) Quản lý các kênh giao diện dành cho Khách hàng sử dụng (Front-end) phục vụ KHTC.b) Theo dõi biến động về doanh số, Khách hàng sử dụng trên kênh được giao phụ trách, nghiên cứu và đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ của kênh được giao phụ trách.c) Phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan để thúc đẩy việc bán kèm, bán chéo các sản phẩm dịch vụ, giải pháp trên kênh số cho các đối tượng khách hàng khác (khách hàng SME, thể nhân) một cách kịp thời, theo quy định.d) Quản lý các yêu cầu thay đổi (URD) đối với kênh được giao phụ trách, phối hợp với các bộ phận có liên quan nghiệm thu URD sau khi bộ phận công nghệ hoàn thành xây dựng và phối hợp triển khai tới Khách hàng.e) Thực hiện các báo cáo về kênh được giao phụ trách theo yêu cầu.f) Đề xuất các dự án, các thủ tục nâng cấp hệ thống liên quan kênh số phục vụ KHBB, khách hàng TCTD (không bao gồm sản phẩm, dịch vụ vốn).

Position: Expert, Interior Design Department: Design Objective:Masterise Homes is looking to hire an Interior Design Expert to join the Design department team to help drive efficiency and effective function of the company. The Expert will report to the Director of Interior Design and will assist with implementation of all design activities for all projects assigned to him, and will be assisting the Managers & Director of interior design in monitoring day to day activities to insure compliance with MASTERISE design processes, standards & regulations in line with international standards.Key accountabilities1. Design work- Business as usual a. Participate in drafting of project design brief, scope & deliverables for new projects b. Be involved in the preparation of request for proposal (RFP), and develop a clear understanding of the format c. Get familiar with Technical proposals received from the consultants and research company qualifications for comparable projects, and present findings to the Director d. Participate in establishing project delivery timelines in coordination with Managers & Director e. Attend kick off meetings, Technical coordination meetings, and weekly progress meetings with the consultants f. Seek Manager’s assistance to get familiar the Project Design Management Plan (PDMP) for assigned projects g. In coordination with Managers and Director, and as directed by them, ensure timely and accurate design work by coordinating, monitoring, reviewing and managing design consultants work in conjunction with set design management plan and expected quality h. As directed by the Director, assist in Management & Monitoring of consultant’s work progress in relation to set design programmes i. Review and comment on all drawings and documents submitted by Design Consultants, and report back to the Manager. Consolidate all comments from manager and Director following design review meeting, and draft all consolidated design comments into design review template and submit to Manager j. Review all reports submitted by Design Consultant and report to Manager & Director on weekly basis any areas of Concern k. Keep track of Risk registry for each project, and highlight to Managers and Director any points requiring urgent attention l. Get familiar with overall project budgets, and seek manager’s assistance to understand key design related factors to keep an eye on during design in an effort to control the budget m. Attend Value engineering workshops with the consultant to achieve targeted budget through optimal designs. Ensure seeking the Manager & Director’s guidance following the meeting to ensure full understanding of way forward, and pros & cons of every item discussed n. Conduct site inspections with other senior team members, and draft inspection report for Directors review and approval o. When required Assist Director with inputs required for presentations to BOD 2. Implementation of Department standards & Processes a. Review & understand the design management plan (DMP) standard form. Seek Director’s guidance for clarifications when needed b. Review & get familiar with standard RFP templates for interior design consultancy services. Seek Director’s guidance for clarifications when needed c. Review & understand MASTERISE design standards manual. Seek Director’s guidance for clarifications when needed d. Review & Understand design review checklists, and periodically contribute to developing the document e. Study, and memorize “statutory design guidelines” document & assist in keeping the document up to date based on latest authority requirements f. Review & understand Design department processes & procedures. Seek Director’s guidance for clarifications when needed g. Implement all design standards and procedures throughout the various stages of design h. Ensure periodical review of Lessons- learnt log sheet, and implementation of measures to rectify issues i. Maintain awareness of industry trends, methodologies, tools, templates and best practices j. Maintain awareness of newly launched projects in local market, and report to Design Director 3.
