Kiểm tra hồ sơ thiết kế từ các đơn vị khác để báo cáo ks chủ trì và phối hợp các bộ môn4. Tìm hiểu, cập nhật và nắm vững các quy chuẩn, tiêu chuẩn về thiết kế các công trình5. Cùng Quản lý thiết kế thu thập đủ các yêu cầu thiết kế (thông tin đầu vào) và đảm bảo các thông tin được xác nhận thông qua các biên bản họp hoặc các check list câu hỏi được xác nhận.6. Báo cáo công việc đầu giờ sang hang ngày qua group chat để DM nắm thông tin điều phối công việc7. Chịu trách nhiệm trực tiếp với ks chủ trì về sản phẩm hoàn thành, tiến độ công việc và thông tin báo cáo đảm bảo đúng- đủ- kịp thời8. Là đầu mối phối hợp & nhận thông tin từ các bộ môn khác về công năng phòng và các thiết bị sử dụng để khai báo đủ tải trọng tính toán đến thành viên của team.2. Kiểm tra sản phẩm thiết kế trước khi in ấn phát hành: bao gồm đảm bảo số lượng và chất lượng hồ sơ đầy đủ nội dung, chi tiết đủ để thi công; kiểm soát chất lượng hồ sơ về trình bày theo đúng format công ty và quy định hiện hành.3. Quản lý quá trình thực hiện công việc, tương tác phối hợp thiết kế với DM các bộ môn; chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát tổng thể thiết kế các bộ môn đảm bảo không xung khắc, sai sót kỹ thuật.4. Soạn thảo nội dung công việc trong các hợp đồng thiết kế với Chủ đầu tư, các đơn vị tư vấn chuyên sâu, với thẩm tra; nắm rõ phạm vi công việc, theo dõi tiến độ hợp đồng để phân bố công việc và kiểm soát thời gian làm việc cũng như thời gian deadline hoàn thành công việc của team.5. Chủ trì các cuộc họp với thành viên team kết cấu của 1 dự án để trao đổi phạm vi công việc thiết kế liên quan chốt các mốc tiến độ sau đó lên kế hoạch để quản lý, theo dõi và đôn đốc Cùng trao đổi và đề xuất phương án thực hiện với team, thống nhất cách làm trước khi cho team triển khai chi tiết, tránh tình trạng làm sai định hướng và điều chỉnh mất thời gian.6. Quản lý, lưu trữ hồ sơ đủ thông tin đảm bảo: - Hồ sơ bàn giao phải được CDT ký duyệt, nghiệm thu - Trích lục thông tin khi cần (cho bảo hành, bảo trì hoặc tham khảo khi cần thiết)- Lưu trữ đúng vị trí, đường dẫn, đúng format tiêu chuẩn công ty;- Sản phẩm phát hành; các bản cứng gửi đi và nhận lại phải có biên bản giao nhận và lưu trữ vào hệ thống đúng chuẩn công ty.7. Thu thập, kiểm soát và lưu trữ đầy đủ hồ sơ đầu vào của dự án bao gồm: hồ sơ pháp lý, hồ sơ thiết kế ban đầu do CDT cung cấp; các thông tin trao đổi trong quá trình làm việc đảm bảo đầy đủ thông tin đến cuối công trình để làm được hồ sơ hoàn công, bàn giao dự án.8. Trong quá trình mời thầu phụ: hỗ trợ cho PM/QS các công việc liên quan thiết kế bao gồm tổ chức thuyết trình thiết kế để các bộ phận đều nắm rõ các hạng mục thiết kế; giải đáp thắc mắc thiết kế cho các thầu phụ, nhà cung cấp đảm bảo chào thầu đúng thiết kế; đồng thời ghi nhận các góp ý từ các bên để hoàn thiện thiết kế tốt hơn.9. Trong quá trình thi công, thiết kế cần tham gia họp giao ban công trình hàng tuần hoặc khi có yêu cầu từ PM để xử lý, cung cấp nhanh nhất các vướng mắc về thiết kế để đảm bảo tiến độ. Thiết kế cần sẵn sàng 24/7 để đáp ứng tiến độ công trường.10. Thực hiện giám sát tác giả và thực hiện báo cáo kiểm tra công trình, cũng như hỗ trợ PM, CM giải đáp thiết kế, tối ưu thiết kế khi có yêu cầu.11. Đối với các dự án có thiết kế được Chủ đầu tư cung cấp: Chủ động tìm hiểu thiết kế và trao đổi làm việc BCH thi công soạn thảo các câu hỏi (RFI) gửi cho TVTK để làm rõ, thống nhất hoặc điều chỉnh cập nhập thiết kế hiệu quả theo thực tế thi công công trình.12. Quá trình trước khi hoàn công dự án, cùng các bộ môn cập nhật và điều chỉnh hồ sơ thiết kế theo thực tế đã thi công làm cơ sở để bàn giao hồ sơ cuối cùng cho CĐT nghiệm thu.Quản lý thiết kế khi có sự tham gia các đơn vị cộng tác viên (CTV), hoặc phối hợp các đơn vị thiết kế khác phải thực hiện thêm các nội dung:13. Thực hiện mô tả phạm vi công việc sẽ giao khoán; lấy báo giá và cân đối với ngân sách nội bộ để có bảng so sánh trình TGĐ/ PM phê duyệt.14. Đọc hợp đồng, nắm rõ phạm vi công việc, tiến độ hợp đồng và điều khoản thanh toán của đơn vị CTV để kiểm soát và phối hợp thiết kế với team nội bộ theo đúng lộ trình.15. Thực hiện trao đổi với CTV nắm rõ các nội dung sau: phạm vi công việc cần thực hiện, yêu cầu và định hướng thiết kế, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của khách hàng, chốt giải pháp thiết kế, theo dõi và đôn đốc đảm bảo đúng tiến độ của dự án.16. Thực hiện template cho các bộ môn gửi cho CTV và hướng dẫn thực hiện hồ sơ theo format của công ty. Đọc, kiểm tra hồ sơ thiết kế của đơn vị thiết kế khác để đảm bảo đơn vị này cung cấp đủ thông tin cho việc thiết kế của team nội bộ; thực hiện combine hồ sơ thiết kế các bộ môn cửa 2 bên đảm bảo không xung khắc, sai sót.17. Trong quá trình thiết kế tất cả các nội dung trong phần quản lý thiêt kế nội bộ thực hiện tương tự cho việc quản lý team CTV bao gồm Quản lý tiến độ công việc thiết kế, Quản lý quá trình, Quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm thiết kế, Quản lý hồ sơ lưu trữ, Quản lý chất lượng thông tin.18. Thực hiện công việc kiểm tra đánh giá sản phẩm bàn giao nghiệm thu thiết kế cho team CTV theo Hợp đồng CTV cùng kế toán để kế toán thanh toán đúng hẹn cho CTV.19. Đối với đơn vị thiết kế khác thực hiện trao đổi với người Thiết kế/ Đại diện thiết kế/ Quản lý thiết kế của đơn vị để nắm rõ phạm vi công việc, tiến đồ hồ sơ của 2 bên phục vụ cho việc phối hợp thiết kế của 2 bên.

The Commercial Leasing Manager’s primary responsibility will be managing a team of professionals to lease retail and office space at Parc Hanoi, at 65,000m2 international standard commercial tower in the Starlake Township. The candidate is to possess strong management, business development, sales/leasing and negotiating skills with expertise within Vietnam’s industrial market. The candidate should be a result driven individual focused on setting sales targets and motivating a team of leasing professionals to reach the company leasing target. The Leasing Manager will be required to report directly to the Development Director but will also have responsibilities to update ICCK’s management team as to the current and projecting leasing status of various projects.Key Responsibilities• Managing and overseeing all leasing activities for Parc Hanoi.• Generating leasing inquiries and closing deals thereby setting an example for the leasing team.• Managing the leasing team (3-4 individuals initially) to set sales targets and motivating the team to ensure these targets are achieved.• Daily management of the lead and/or exclusive broker during the pre-leasing and leasing period. Supporting brokers to facilitate site inspections and negotiating with tenants to close deals based on the approved• Business development and networking with prospective tenants, business associations, and brokers.• Report to the Development Director and ICCK’s management team regarding all key leasing matters of Parc Hanoi.• Willing and able to travel throughout the central and southern regions of Vietnam when required.• Other tasks as assigned by the Development Director.

RnR (by Domain Leader)- Design overall SW Architecture and explicitly make SAD (SW Architectural Design) document based on customer requirements.- Consider SW Reusability by checking whether new modules are really needed or not, have the developers utilize the previous design and source code that already developed in other projects to avoid redundant work load- Be responsible to lead architectural decision based on constraints, risks and quality attributes among stake-holders i.e.) OEM, developer teams, project leader, developers, validation engineers etc.- Act as single point of contact for the company work scope to collect, discuss and review, any technical requirement or topic related to the delivery of products to customer.- Propose technical alternatives for resolving cross-functional issues at project level- Perform a verification review of design- Collect or propose new technical programs to be setup, not related to a specific product, but applicable in general. Then manage all related technical activities for the execution of such programs (from planning, to development and testing). External Competencies and Qualification (by Domain Leader)Software Engineer - Integration Build (C, C++, Python):- Design & set up an initial build environment for a new project and provide/maintain an environment for developers to build.- Improvements to the Build System and developer development environment.- Establish a configuration management policy(Code quality and Code Review System) in close collaboration with other department, and set up and operate various tools that can help improvements Code quality and SW stabilize.
