Đề xuất xây dựng chiến lược đổi mới sáng tạo và lộ trình áp dụng chiến lược đổi mới sáng tạo của VCB:a) Nghiên cứu chuyên sâu về thị trường và các thông lệ/phương pháp tiên tiến trên thị trường trong nước và thế giới liên quan đến lĩnh vực đổi mới sáng tạo.b) Đề xuất xây dựng chiến lược đổi mới sáng tạo, điều chỉnh chiến lược đổi mới sáng tạo (khi cần thiết) trên toàn hệ thống theo định hướng phát triển của VCB.c) Đề xuất lộ trình áp dụng chiến lược đổi mới sáng tạo trong công tác xây dựng chính sách, sản phẩm dịch vụ ... của VCB.2. Tổ chức, quản lý và thúc đẩy hoạt động đổi mới sáng tạo tại VCB:a) Nghiên cứu, đề xuất áp dụng các xu thế công nghệ, giải pháp, sản phẩm dịch vụ mới phù hợp tại VCB.b) Xây dựng các chỉ số, thực hiện đánh giá và đo lường mức độ đổi mới sáng tạo tại VCB.c) Tổ chức và quản lý, giám sát việc thực thi các hoạt động đổi mới sáng tạo trên toàn hệ thống theo chiến lược, lộ trình đã được phê duyệt.d) Nghiên cứu, tìm kiếm đối tác tiềm năng trong việc phối hợp triển khai các hoạt động sáng tạo đã được phê duyệt.e) Đầu mối kết nối với các đơn vị bên ngoài trong hoạt động đổi mới sáng tạo để tham mưu, giúp việc cho Lãnh đạo Trung tâm.f) Đầu mối phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan trong việc đánh giá hiệu quả của các Dự án đổi mới sáng tạo.g) Nghiên cứu, đề xuất xây dựng và triển khai các kế hoạch truyền thông nằm nâng cao hiểu biết, nhận thức của toàn ngân hàng về chiến lược đổi mới sáng tạo tại VCB.3. Tham gia các lớp đào tạo, tập huấn nghiệp vụ theo kế hoạch của Trung tâm và VCB.4. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Lãnh đạo Trung tâm giao.

Business Development:• Identify new potential clients and expand the customer base.• Approach and attract reputable retailers, companies, groups, and brands to lease spaces.• Negotiate leasing terms with clients, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal regulations.• Continuously monitor the leasing market to identify new opportunities and trends.4. Sales Target Achievement:• Set and meet leasing targets to ensure maximum occupancy for retail and office spaces.• Track progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet leasing objectives.5. Reporting and Performance Tracking:• Provide regular updates to management on leasing activities, client feedback, and occupancy status.• Analyze leasing data to improve strategies and ensure the achievement of sales goals.6. Other Duties:• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Board.• Coordinate with other departments to implement marketing activities and provide customer support.• Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal regulations and company policies. RESPONSIBILITIES• Review requirements and design documents in order to create test plans and cases• Perform manual test case execution as required• Create automated tests, execute, and monitor as required• Work with local and remote team members to gain information required to improve the testing effort• Work with customer representatives to gather information to improve test coverage.• Document all issues in sufficient detail and produce test reports as required.• Create and run functional and non-functional tests as requested• Prepare representative test data and configure environments as needed
