Phát triển và kiểm soát hệ thống Đại lý bán buôn:- Tìm kiếm, phát triển hệ thống Môi giới/Đại lý trong nước và quốc tế có chuyên môn, kinh nghiệm, uy tín đểkết nối với các Nhà đầu tư.- Ký kết Hợp đồng với Môi giới/Đại lý.- Kiểm soát các Hoạt động của Đại lý.- Thực hiện thủ tục thanh toán hoa hồng cho Đại lý đối với các giao dịch thành công.

• Nghiên cứu xu hướng thời trang trong nước và quốc tế• Đảm bảo sản phẩm phù hợp với chiến lược kinh doanh, hình ảnh thương hiệu• Đề xuất sáng tạo và thực hiện các ý tưởng thiết kế, sáng tạo mẫu, lựa chọn chất liệu, màu sắc, kiểu dáng, nguyên vật liệu… cho các sản phẩm hoặc BST theo mùa, theo dịp• Phối hợp với các bộ phận từ quy trình lên ý tưởng đến sản xuất, hoàn thiện sản phẩm.• Làm việc với bộ phận sản xuất, hàng hóa, mua hàng để tìm và phát triển nguồn nguyên liệu mới.
