Develop statistical models (e.g., linear regression, logistic regression, hierarchical models) to understand and predict business dynamics. Drive experimentation strategy and analyze A/B tests with proper statistical rigor. ML Model Development Build and validate supervised and unsupervised ML models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods). Apply modeling techniques to problems like customer segmentation, fraud detection, demand prediction, and marketing efficiency. Fine-tune models using performance metrics such as AUC, RMSE, lift, and precision/recall. Optimization & Forecasting Apply operations research techniques to build optimization solutions for pricing, inventory, and logistics. Contribute to planning tools via time-series forecasting, resource allocation models, or heuristics. (Nice to have) Experience applying ML to supply chain use cases (demand forecasting, inventory management, routing). Cross-Functional Execution Work closely with MLEs and Data Engineers to productionize models and integrate into APIs or dashboards. Communicate clearly with non-technical partners (Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure insight adoption. Mentor junior team members and contribute to analytics best practices and experimentation frameworks.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC Phát triển và vận hành hệ thống: Phát triển ứng dụng mobile trên nền tảng Android (Kotlin), bao gồm cả phía Client và Backend. Quản lý và tối ưu hiệu suất hệ thống, xử lý các sự cố kỹ thuật như crash, ANR, đảm bảo độ ổn định cao cho sản phẩm. Quản lý chất lượng kỹ thuật của source code và quy trình release sản phẩm. Tư vấn và xây dựng giải pháp kỹ thuật: Đưa ra giải pháp kỹ thuật toàn diện cho PM và đội ngũ kỹ thuật, bao gồm cả kiến trúc Client, Backend và System. Tham gia định hướng, đánh giá và phê duyệt các giải pháp công nghệ quan trọng. Quản lý đội ngũ và tiến độ công việc Quản lý nhóm Developers, QA, và làm việc chặt chẽ với các bộ phận Backend/System. Điều phối công việc, theo dõi tiến độ và báo cáo trực tiếp với PM. Đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng sản phẩm qua từng giai đoạn phát triển. Đào tạo và phát triển nhân sựĐánh giá và kiểm thử sản phẩm Trực tiếp test sản phẩm trước khi release, đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn về nghiệp vụ và trải nghiệm người dùng. Đưa ra đề xuất cải tiến dựa trên hành vi người dùng, chỉ số vận hành và chiến lược sản phẩm.

Triển khai, cấu hình, vận hành, giám sát hệ thống mạng tại các đơn vị, các trung tâm vùng, mạng lõi. Triển khai giám sát hệ thống hỗ trợ quản trị Công nghệ Thông tin: DNS, NTP, DHCP, Zabbix, Cacti, PRTG,... Xây dựng các tài liệu, hướng dẫn, quy trình đảm bảo kết nối hệ thống thông tin ổn định, an toàn. Tham gia phối hợp xây dựng, triển khai các tiêu chuẩn kết nối hệ thống thông tin ổn định, đảm bảo tuân thủ thông lệ quốc tế yêu cầu trong các tiêu chuẩn như ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST,… Nghiên cứu các công nghệ, kỹ thuật, ứng dụng phục vụ đảm bảo kết nối an toàn bảo mật cho hệ thống thông tin của ngân hàng.
