THE POSITIONThe Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization’s quality management systems across our digital production set-up. This role ensures alignment with Wholesale on quality expectationsstandards from clients via agreed SLAs and implement quality management procedures and processes in all production lines to ensure that the delivered product meets the agreed SLA. New standards or shortcomings will be addressed in close coordination with each production line as well as the Production Excellence Department and other related departments.RESPONSIBILITIES1. Analyze quality data, client complaints, staff performance to identify trends, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.• Drive quality continuous improvement, in collaboration with the Production Excellence Department, based on quality control feedback, internal and external audit findings and customer feedback. 1.Phụ trách mua sắm hàng hóa/dịch vụ cho các dự án- Tìm kiếm, tuyển chọn nhà cung cấp: thiết bị điều khiển (máy biến áp, tủ điện, hệ thống đo lường, điều khiển, dây chuyền sản xuất,…)- Thương thảo, đàm phán và phê duyệt hợp đồng theo từng giai đoạn- Theo dõi và hỗ trợ thực hiện các hồ sơ giao hàng và thanh toán với phòng ban liên quan2.Tham gia vào quá trình đấu thầu và thực hiện hợp đồng- Tham gia quá trình chuẩn bị hồ sơ chào thầu và thực hiện gửi hồ sơ chào thầu cho các dự án- Tham gia vào quá trình đánh giá hồ sơ thầu- Tham gia thương thảo hợp đồng, đàm phán và lựa chọn phương án tối ưu3.Quản lý nhà cung cấp- Cập nhật và xây dựng hệ thống Nhà cung cấp cho các danh mục hàng hóa dịch vụ- Duy trì phát triển các mối quan, tổ chức đánh giá Nhà cung cấp định kỳ
