The Head of Marketing & Communication will participate in designing how to tell the stories and show the impact of VinUni research, education and outreach through a digital-first strategy that leverages VinUni partnerships and news media to reach key audiences, which include current and prospective students, faculty and staff, alumni, industrial employers and other partners.This special career opportunity is designed for people who are passionate about and keen on making breakthrough changes in the education sector of Vietnam in order to nurture the next generations of leaders for the 21st century and beyond.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement an integrated Marketing, Communications, and Branding strategy that aligns with VinUni’s overarching mission and strategic goals.Ensure that the VinUni brand is highly visible, compelling, and respected globally among key audiences: prospective students, faculty, alumni, media, academic partners, and corporate recruiters.Collaborate closely with academic colleges and leadership to design and execute marketing campaigns that support student recruitment, faculty hiring, program visibility, and institutional reputation.Lead strategic media relations and thought leadership initiatives, promoting faculty research, academic programs, student success stories, and institutional milestones to global audiences.Manage digital presence, including content strategy, social media, SEO/SEM, and website optimization, to engage and grow target audiences across geographies.Develop and monitor key marketing performance metrics; continuously evaluate effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly.Oversee creative resources, including the development of digital assets, branding toolkits, and multimedia content (videos, photography, graphic design).Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights that inform brand strategy, program development, and student recruitment efforts.Maintain effective internal communications across departments to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, and marketing initiatives.Identify and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and media agencies.
