Crash Test- Execute the full crash test procedure, including vehicle preparation, installation of sensors, measurement devices, and dummies, as well as operating the crash test system.- Perform static measurements, weight calibration, oil draining/filling, painting, and application of reference labels before testing.- Set up high-speed cameras, lighting systems, and data acquisition equipment to capture the entire testing process.- Analyze sensor data and video footage, assess vehicle structural deformation, and evaluate dummy injuries after impact.- Ensure that all testing procedures comply with international safety standards (FMVSS, Euro NCAP, AIS, etc.).1.2. Dummies & Sensors Management- Prepare, inspect, and periodically calibrate all dummies and sensors used in testing activities.- Ensure proper installation, positioning, and functionality of dummies in each type of test.- Collaborate with data engineers and analysis teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of collected data.- Manage the calibration room for dummies and electronic devices, maintain usage logs, calibration schedules, and equipment condition reports.- Stay updated on and apply the latest testing regulations and standards related to dummies (FMVSS, Euro NCAP, IIHS).1.4.
