OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION Plan and direct promotion & sales activities in assigned geographical areas (Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Binh Dinh, Quang Ngai, Quang Nam, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa) in order to achieve sales volume target, collection, and selling cost objectives.MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES• Sales development - Plan and manage the implementation of sales activities, promotion and marketing activities, field demonstration in compliance with business / company goals & strategies, policies and legal obligations.- Analyze market demands; current/future competitiveness of products/pricing/services and lead the activities to develop and penetrate into potential market.- Gain and monitor the achievement of sales & payment collection targets as well as demand creation activities target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for individual team members and own targets.- Provide timely feedback on market trends, sales forecast to support for updating inventory levels; follow up and ensure product supply to customers / retailers.• Customer management (wholesaler / retailer level): - Identify new potential customers and retailers for distribution network expansion; Conduct customer/retailer assessments regularly.- Provide prompt response and action regarding quality, technical applications and other related issues; Cooperate with relevant teams to solve customers’ issues.- Join and support customer incentive tour, event, conference and meetings if necessary.• Credit management: - Collaborate with credit team to make credit recommendation for customers and follow up with customers to ensure on time payment and collection.• Sales team management: - Be responsible for sales team development by participating in employee recruitment, training and development, disciplinary and grievance resolve in consultation with Human Resources and manager.- Train & coach direct reports in order to improve working efficiency, quality and professional skills of team members.- Regularly check with customers on market issues to handle and avoid compliance issues within the team.- Effectively manage the implementation of Sales Incentive Program and liquidation activities.
