We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) to act as the quality interface between customers in Vietnam and their contract manufacturer (CM) sites. This role requires strong problem-solving, customer communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities- Serve as the quality window toward Vietnam customers and their CM sites.- Collect failed parts, summarize failure information, and manage FAR (Failure Analysis Report) data.- Monitor and report quality performance metrics (e.g., PPM), identify trends and drive improvement actions.- Coordinate Failure Analysis (FA) with internal teams/labs and ensure timely closure.- Lead/drive 8D problem-solving process and prepare 8D reports for customers/CMs.- Communicate FA results clearly, explain root cause and corrective/preventive actions to customers.- Provide on-site support at customer/CM locations when needed.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, CMs, and internal stakeholders.

Quản trị Kiến trúc Công nghệ:Tham gia xây dựng, cải tiến, giám sát việc thực thi các văn bản quy định, quy trình, tiêu chuẩn nhằm xây dựng cơ chế quản lý các thay đổi về kiến trúc trong toàn bộ hệ thống công nghệ (được ghi nhận, phân tích, triển khai phù hợp với quy hoạch chung về công nghệ và chiến lược kinh doanh).Tổ chức thực hiện tài liệu hóa, duy trì cập nhật Kho thông tin kiến trúc của các hệ thống hiện tại. Trung tâm Công nghệ thông tin là trung tâm công nghệ lõi của Tập đoàn Công nghiệp Viễn Thông Quân đội - là đơn vị xây dựng, triển khai, duy trì các hệ thống phần mềm, hệ thống chuyển đổi số trong Tập đoàn.
