Nghiên cứu khoa học, triển khai dự án:  Theo dõi và xây dựng/triển khai bảo trì các hệ thống máy chủ và thiết bị lưu trữ. Tham gia nghiên cứu, kiểm thử các hệ thống máy chủ, thiết bị, các công cụ giám sát, tự động hóa  Tham gia triển khai các dự án, kế hoạch mua sắm liên quan đến máy chủ, hệ thống Active Directory, email và thiết bị lưu trữ. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn1. Yêu cầu độ tuổi: ≤ 35 tuổi tại thời điểm dự tuyển  2. Trình độ chuyên môn:  Tốt nghiệp Đại học (chính quy, công lập trong nước hoặc Đại học tại nước ngoài) trở lên thuộc các chuyên ngành: Công nghệ Thông tin, An toàn thông tin, Điện tử Viễn thông, Điện tử truyền thông, Toán – Tin hoặc các chuyên ngành phù hợp có liên quan khác 3. Trình độ ngoại ngữ, tin học: Ngoại ngữ: Tối thiểu đạt một trong các chứng chỉ TOEFL-IBT 65 điểm trở lên, IELTS 6.0 điểm trở lên, TOEIC 600 điểm trở lên hoặc các chứng chỉ tương đương theo tiêu chuẩn của BIDV 4. Kinh nghiệm công tác Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản trị hệ thống máy chủ, hệ thống lưu trữ, hệ thống Active Directory, email hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. Ưu tiên các ứng viên đã có kiến thức, kinh nghiệm nhiều năm trong công tác quản trị hệ thống máy chủ, hệ thống lưu trữ, Active Directory, email, công nghệ ảo hóa (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM…), Docker, Container v.v… Đối với ứng viên nội bộ: Có tối thiểu 03 năm là chuyên viên công tác tại một trong các bộ phận quản trị hệ thống máy chủ, hệ thống lưu trữ tại các Ban/Trung tâm TSC. Có tối thiểu 03 năm công tác tại BIDV, không trong thời gian bị xem xét thi hành kỷ luật hoặc đang trong thời gian thi hành kỷ luật. Có kết quả xếp loại hoàn thành nhiệm vụ từ mức tốt trở lên trong vòng 1 năm gần nhất. 5. Yêu cầu khác:  Chịu được áp lực công việc cao, chấp nhận trực theo dõi, giám sát hệ thống và xử lý sự cố theo yêu cầu của công việc. Thái độ làm việc nghiêm túc, cẩn thận, nhiệt tình. Có khả năng nghiên cứu, học hỏi công nghệ nhanh. Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống. Có khả năng làm việc theo nhóm hoặc độc lập... Phúc lợi dành cho bạnVề lương và thu nhập: Mức lương hấp dẫn, cạnh tranh, thỏa thuận tùy theo năng lực và kinh nghiệm ứng viên. CBNV được hưởng lương theo vị trí chức danh, lương năng suất, thưởng doanh số, thưởng KPI, thưởng hoàn thành chỉ tiêu, bổ sung quỹ thu nhập kỳ 06 tháng/1 năm, khen thưởng hàng năm theo quy định của BIDV. CBNV được hưởng các chế độ BHXH, BHYT, BHSK theo quy định của pháp luật và luật Lao Động. CBNV được hưởng các quyền lợi như: Chương trình vay với lãi suất ưu đãi, bảo hiểm BIC Care, bảo hiểm nhân thọ Metlife, tham gia bảo hiểm hưu trí tự nguyện theo quy định của BIDV. Được thăm khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm tại các cơ sở khám chữa bệnh hiện đại.
