1. Sales & Account Management- Manage and grow assigned accounts within the Hanoi region.- Monitor sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets.- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.- Handle order placement, pre-book sessions, and in-season replenishment.- Ensure all clients receive updated product information, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.2. Merchandising & Store Visits- Conduct scheduled store visits according to the monthly route plan.- Check stock levels, visual merchandising standards, and store displays.- Identify gaps or issues and follow up immediately with warehouse/sales admin.- Support sell-through by recommending suitable products based on course needs, weather, and market demand.3. Customer Relationship Management- Build strong relationships with pro shops, retail store staff, and golf course management.- Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests promptly and professionally.- Maintain a clear understanding of each customer’s buying behaviour, peak periods, and product preferences.4. Market & Product Knowledge- Stay updated on FootJoy product lines (shoes, apparel, gloves, accessories).- Understand competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.- Attend internal product training to ensure all information shared with customers is accurate.5. Coordination & Internal Communication- Work closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Admin, Marketing, and Logistics teams.- Share insights from store visits (photos + notes) via CRM/AMIS routes.- Follow all internal processes for discount approvals, returns, FOC requests, and sponsorship guidelines.6. Events & Activations- Support demo days, product launches, and on-course activations when required.- Assist with sample management, setup, and teardown during events.
