1. Job Purpose: • Be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance brand awareness for the company’s product portfolio • To ensure sustainable business performance, achieve sales volume, market share, profit, and brand development targets. • Manage and develop team to drive the business result.2. Responsibility: - Strategy & Business Planning: • Formulating, develop and implementing integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. • Conduct market analysis, customer insights, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and set business priorities. • Define and monitor sales targets, market share goals, and profit objectives for each channel and product category.- Sales Management: • Lead and supervise sales operations nationwide (traditional trade, modern trade, e-commerce, export, OEM). • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with principals, distributors, key accounts, and B2B clients. • Ensure effective implementation of pricing, discount, trade promotion, and contract policies. • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance tracking; adjust plans proactively to achieve results.- Marketing Management: • Develop and oversee brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and communication strategies to strengthen brand identity and consumer awareness. • Plan and manage ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities (advertising, PR, events, online campaigns, social media). • Collaborate with QC and Production teams to introduce new products and optimize packaging, design, and messaging. • Monitor marketing ROI, consumer feedback, and competitor campaigns to improve brand performance. • Ensure alignment between sales goals and marketing strategies, optimizing market penetration and brand preference.- Leadership & Development: • Build, train, and motivate a high-performing Sales & Marketing team. • Establish a KPI-driven, result-oriented, and collaborative culture within the department. • Evaluate team performance, recognize achievements, and implement coaching or improvement plans where needed.- Internal Collaboration: • Work closely with Production, Planning, Finance… departments to ensure efficient supply, distribution, and product promotion. • Provide input for product improvement, packaging design, and specifications to meet market needs. Reporting & Analysis: • Prepare and present regular business performance reports (sales revenue, marketing performance, cost efficiency, profit, market insights) to the Board of Directors. • Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance overall business effectiveness.
