MBD (model Based development) là chìa khóa, khi sử dụng MBD (model Based development), chu kỳ phát triển được rút ngắn bằng cách sử dụng MATLAB / Simulink.  Tiêu chí lần tuyển dụng này là tìm kiếm những kỹ sư thực hiện MBD bằng MATLAB / Simulink.
